Returns & Refund Policy

At Whupwear, we take pride in the quality of our products.  If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.

RETURNS

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.  To be eligible for a return, items must be:

                 * Unworn, unwashed, and unused

                 *In original condition

                 *With original tags and packaging

Items showing signs of wear, washing, or damage will not be eligible for return.

NON-RETURNABLE ITEMS

The following items are non-returnable:

                * Final sale items

               * Gift cards

               * Items marked as non-returnable

HOW TO START A RETURN

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@whupwear.com with:

               - Your order number

               - Reason for return

Once approved, you will receive return instructions.  Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS

If you received a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery

with photos of the issue. We will gladly replace the item or issue a refund at no additional cost.

REFUNDS

Once your return is received and inspected, you will be notified of the approval or rejection of your refund.

Approved refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

EXCHANGES

We do not offer direct exchanges at this time. If you need a different size or color, please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
